Thrills and Chills

A sometime fast and furious ride close to the towering sea cliffs of the Tasman peninsula, nosing into sea caves, passing through gaps in the rock formations, on the lookout for whales, dolphins, albatross and seals, a beautiful blue day and relatively kind seas - everything necessary to create one of the best thrill rides ever. This morning we took a Rob Pennicott adventure cruise from Tasman Arch to Tasman Island. It was worth every cent we paid!  I'll let the pictures speak for themselves:












After the thrill of the morning boat ride, we thought the rest of the day might pale in comparison. Not so. The coastal views on the road to the Remarkable Cave (the turnoff is about 400m south of the Port Arthur historic site turnoff) were glorious most likely due to the superb weather we had today.
